What kinds of pets do you transport?
Mostly dogs and cats, but we love all kinds of pets. If you've got something unique, reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate.
How far in advance should I book?
The more notice the better — 48+ hours is ideal — but we'll always do our best to fit in same-day rides when our schedule allows.
Do I need to provide a crate?
We have pet-safe restraints and crates available, but if your pet has a favorite carrier they're comfortable in, you're welcome to use it.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on distance, time, and whether the trip is one-way or round-trip. Reach out with your trip details and we'll send a clear quote before booking.
What areas do you serve?
All of Humboldt County — Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Fortuna, and everywhere in between. Out-of-county trips are sometimes possible — just ask.
